Authorities arrested four individuals in Poland, charging them with participating in sabotage for a foreign intelligence agency.
The devices, intended for the U.S. and Canada, were modified electric massagers containing a magnesium-based substance, capable of starting fires. Very dangerous if detonated during flight.
