More questionable is why a terrorist organization that creates a spectacle around returning the dead bodies of its enemy's children is to be trusted to be truthful about anything at all.

mark...When we built our first home our mortgage was 13% so 6.5% is not terrible, the range we are in now is where mortgages were for decades.
jodu...These aren't the highest interest rates we've ever seen. The housing industry doesn't try to build affordable homes and wants to get more bang for its buck. The reason is high interest rates and high costs of the housing that is being built. Prices of new home are dropping some here but the builders still cant sell them.
