I recently lost 10 lbs (result of having almost no appetite during a bout with the flu) realizing I’ve been carrying most of this extra weight in and around my abdomen. Not only is it not comfortable while bending over, affecting overall my ability to move through the world, but also impacts all the organs in that area…pressure on my bladder; etc. In addition my heart and circulatory system have less work to accomplish. |
