jrv1...Let’s be thankful for a moment and always work and pray for peace everywhere
cbvi...He has an extremely bad habit of not telling the truth ... and it will bite him...
pjpa...Trump neutered Iran & Israel showed the terrorists just how strong their intel capabilities are so it’s stop or die
crai...He is guilty along with Israel’s leaders for this horrific Genocide and murder. He not a hero he is a murderer
bxfd...Amazing poll results! Anything else President Trump, does that’s remotely favorable, is largely seen as unfavorable to your general viewership! What does that tell us about the left leaning, anti Trump, anti American, globalists? Not sure how much longer I can be a participant, reading your material, when these type readers also subscribe.
priv...I think your article is incredibly misleading. No mention of what started this war as you call it. No mention of hostages..... No mention that nothing was done until Trump started doing something about it. This is my last article I will read. I feel you went to far and are part of the misleading the public problem.
cger...Unlike Progressive Leftist Presidents like Obama and Biden, who "pussyfoot" around with half hearted attempts, and fighting wars "with one arm tied behind the back" Trump plays to WIN. He is decisive and does not mince words. Hamas was under the impression that they were going to get support from the Hezbollah attacking from the east at the same time they did from the west. When that didn't work, they knew they were screwed and now has to relinquish or become vanished.
crai...Trump has many, many faults. However his mimic of Regan's "Peace through strength" manifesto has results behind it. Hamas is effectively destroyed. However, I'd modulate the credit he deserves for 'brokering' the peace. The peace plan is nearly identical to the plan laid out by Biden just before the election. The biggest difference is timing and the effective destruction of Hamas and it's foreign support. Timing played a bigger role than substance or leadership.
susa...Trump is not respected in the world stage.
katl...President Trump’s interest is selfish because he is only interested in his own glory. He cares not about Palestinian people — only involving the Trump family in rebuilding hotels and resorts in the Middle East Riveria.
rmen...The peace was bokered involving the major US allied countries in the Middle East that fear Iran's hostilities.
kelt...trump got it done
juju...He’s the ONLY one who has what it takes to GET IT DONE!
lora...Trump has done something no other President has done. He is showing strength by America First Agenda. Even though some people do not like this Agenda, they realize peace can only be the result of a strong USA. If USA turns woke, the world will go to war as the US will not be strong.
rile...He has a tendency to go back on his word. I really don’t think he has any influence over Irasel. The Irasel leader is also unreliable
jesc...Trump is known to change his mind often. When this peace deal no longer suits him, he will let Israel do whatever they want. Didn’t Trump say something about the US controlling the Riviera of the Middle East?
holm...Finally a strong president!
walk...Trump should have the Nobel Peace Prize, but doubt the liberal group can muster the courage to do that…..
blit...Trump’s involvement generally means very, very short-term results followed by long-term ramifications that are to the detriment of Americans and our (former allies).
bria...How else would we be where we are in resolving that conflict?
fogg...He always has a hidden agenda. Something he wants will create a problem.
42ms...Rich Arab states playing a role is critical for allowing democracy, unfortunately many are run by elites.
lync...He is an unreliable participant. I question his motives along with his son in law’s
jlh9...Everything that Trump has done so far has failed. He continues to lie and misrepresent, everybody should read Judge Youngs 161 page indictment against Trump.
clau...No one can control hamas. U never know what’s they’re going to do next
newb...But the chances of a lasting peace are small as Israel is not prepared to accept international law.
delo...I’m praying it will be lasting peace
patc...Based on his passed record it’s likely that key details and contingencies were passed over for a short term fix. That’s not to say this isn’t better than no deal, lasting solutions are off his radar and out of his range of capabilities.
pfor...He is in so far over his head. Mr. Art of the Deal has no experience in this and has no idea what he is doing and his cabinet is incompetent and offer no experience. Like banging around a dark room.
cica...He’s unstable and demented.
milt...So many more died when he could have decreased aid to Israel earlier. The war ended because Israelis demanded it to end.
nanc...Hopefully, he’ll remain involved. He has a tendency to lose interest when he’s not the center of attention.
twin...His actions are self-serving. He never does anything for the good of others. We will see if this one works!
eliz...Amazing job! He deserves the Nobel Peace Prize
sean...I don’t believe Trump nor Netanyahu for upholding peace
rnub...He is doing what God has intended him to do.
kvas...There is nothing peaceful about that clown.
wate...No one else had the skill and world respect to bring so many Midde Eastern countries together to accomplish this peace accord. He should get a Nobel Peace Prize for this.
mary...He's crazy. Sometimes it takes a lunatic to manage a crazy situation.
usct...He will have difficulty focusing on the challenges in the Middle East and attempt to make it all about himself.
trag...I’m not sure how Trump is perceived by world leaders. He can be a “loose cannon” rambling and putting his foot in his mouth. I’m not sure I can trust Trump or Hamas or Netanyahu and I’m not sure how much they trust each other
paul...No other country has the ability to pressure the parties involved like Trump can and did.
stab...US involvement; not necessarily Trump
jeff...Now the real work begins. So happy the hostages are home. Who is going to rebuild Gaza? How do you revers
blik...Increases, but it is a moot point. Treaties and other agreements with Muslim Islamist jihad "leaders" are made to be broken. See "taqqiyah", a core tenet of Islam, practiced since Mohammed, that encourages LYING to adversaries just to advance the cause of islamism. They will re-name, -regroup, and attack again. Don't be naive.
sher...Donald Trump is looking for what Netenyahu will do for his family ... Jared Kushner stands to gain substantial influence and monetary gains ... the rebuilding of Gaza will be the test of whether the peace will be lasting or just a temporary solution.
kris...He’s a liar and what they say cannot be trusted to be the truth.
boba...He is not we’ll thought of at large .Too many enemies too impulsive and insular and manipulative .

Vice President JD Vance says the US gains more leverage if the fight continues. Do you believe prolonged trade tensions will benefit the US overall?

  • 82% No
  • 18% Yes

arth...Common sense. The U.S. is the biggest market in the world for trade. Cut it off and China’s economy will degrade much faster than the US.
loui...If it continues inflation will increase
fnpn...China does not have the same capacity the United States has for a long-term battle of attrition. We won that with the Soviet Union and we would definitely win out with the Chinese. Their country is not cohesive.
kelt...Don't back down. China will meet in the middle eventually
bach...Maga's are delusional
jeff...None of these tariffs help Americans!!!! They are all arbitrary, vindictive and capricious!!!
jose...Total idiots!
pjpa...Tariff revenues will double to $60 billion/month
delo...This is causing our stocks to drop
smat...WE need to be strong. It is amazing how Americans complained since the 70's that all our middle class jobs went overseas. Now Trump is bringing it back to the US and these young people do not want jobs, they only want to sit around and play on social media.
swwa...China is weak and we apply pressure. When we apply pressure, we gain leverage to negotiate better trade deals. Pretty simple.
jeth...They are focused and taking a long view….we are short term political thinkers with focusing on friends winning vs the country winning a competition
jvda...A continued trade war benefits only the wealthy upper class in America, but not the middle class and definitely not the lower class.
wapi...Soybean farmers have been hit hard by all the tariffs. China is or was huge buyer of US soybeans.
kvas...Vance is Curly Joe in Orange Boy's Two Stooges routine.
cger...China has problems of their own. The US is in much better position as long as we have a strong administration in power. If the Progressive leftist move into power all bets are off as they will bow to China.
lync...JD Vance doesn’t have the betterment of our country at heart. He is an opportunist
crai...While it's true that China's economy has been driven by exports, it's got plenty of room to drive growth with domestic, consumer-driven spending or, more strategically, increasing it's investment in technology. Furthermore the USA represents a small percentage of their overall exports and their increased relationship with Africa and S. America, driven in-part by Trump's insulting treatment of those regions, will likely make up for reduced exports to the USA. Meanwhile, Trump's limitation of technology exports to China has increased their focus on replacing USA technology with their own homegrown variety. And as they graduation over 10x the number of engineers as the USA, that's not just likely, but inevitable.
nanc...Like we can believe anything Vance says. He’s a syncophant like the rest of the administration.

Should the US supply Ukraine with Tomahawk missiles capable of striking deep into Russia?

scar...Something different that what is currently happening is necessary for change in outcome. It seems to me the only real solution is a regime change in Russia, Putin must go if there is to be any lasting peace and renewal
kelt...Will flame the fire of Putin
rumr...I checked no but meant to click on yes!
bren...Trump needs to help ukraine get Russia out of their country. Why should Putin be alarmed of other countries helping Ukraine when he get arms from Iran and North Korea and military parts from China?
mart...They need self defense. Russia invaded.
fcse...Russia has to brought to its knees before it will sue for peace. We saw that with Reagan and Gorbachev.
bstr...NO! NO! NO! It creates the probability of thermonuclear war. I remember war gaming it in.Germany during the Cold War in the 1960s. It ALWAYS ended with the nukes criss-crossing overhead.
hine...That would help equal the concept of "détente" in eastern Europe, i.e. deterrence of the use of military force by equal forces on each side that can destroy the other side forcing a relook at what each could personally lose. Ukraine was the underdog, but could be equal or a winner, excluding nuclear, if they receive additional military technology. If each side shares the equal risk of being detrimentally harmed in a conflict then peace automatically becomes one of the major items on either party's probable actions list.
fogg...Help them get to a place so they can defend themselves against Russia
cica...This is war. We need to supply Ukraine with everything they need.
ttom...We’ve been arming & using proxies to fight enemies for a while. Israel has done us a great service with every Hamas, Iranian, Yemeni, and Lebanese terrorist killed. They did us a great service in attacking Iran’s nuclear facilities. Ukraine … fighting for years now against a much larger and brutal enemy - is fighting another US enemy. Taiwan will be next, make no mistake. We need serious technical attention to producing the best drones, the best intelligence, and to making sure our allies are well-armed also. War never goes away.
crai...Absolutely. Strike Russia hard. There is no end to this war until Russia, and ordinary Russians, feel the pain. I'd bomb Red Square.
lora...Yes, this is the only way to stop the war now. Unfortunately, Putin missed his chance in August when he met with Trump.
nanc...Putin has been flexing his muscles by sending drones into neighboring countries, trying to show that he can do anything and trump won’t cross him. Time to show him that’s not the case.
kvas...There isn't enough room on this Earth for Putin's and Orange Boy's egos to coexist.
akyg...This war is currently one sided. Russia needs to feel some pain for this war to end.
jeff...Our proxy is at war with Russia and by extension we are. I have grave concerns that this can trigger a globalized war that can reach American soil.

When explosives plants face repeated safety violations, who should bear primary responsibility?

  • 57% Owners and management
  • 39% Both equally
  • 4% Government regulators

EmailComments
kvas...Explosives plants are owned by corporations. Corporations are legally organized mobs. The have morals and consciences only to the extent that pretending to have them can make them more money. If they decide that a few explosions and deaths costs them less than it would cost to make the plant safe, then they will continue without change.
dmcc...Regulation is undesirable but necessary. Especially when it comes to worker safety. I had there been a credible government presence with consequences for unsafe practices that plant may not have exploded
lora...Owners should pay the expense and fines for not adhereing to safety regulations
katl...Due to the dangerous materials, the government needs to oversee and take some responsibility too.
crai...Stop expecting government to regulate every disaster out of existence. It can't. But take money from the owners, even retroactively, and you'll see how quickly safety improves.

kvas...It's a sign of the times that anyone is even willing to take a position on this. Orange Boy and Worm Brain have sown so much distrust of science that people think they should have an opinion on a matter that should be left to scientific investigation. I'm not a scientist. How can I possibly know whether I would or would not until a peer-reviewed scientific study has been completed? To substitute my opinion for such a study is a bad, bad idea. This is the kind of thing that keeps GNC selling shark cartilage to people who think it will prevent them from getting cancer. It's amazing what people will put in their bodies on the strength of their neighbors' opinions or the latest fad.
mats...A rat is not a human and I am kind of tired of the press reporting from rat experiments that probably has zero impact in the future.
