lori...When you work for someone there is a certain level of professionalism and social responsibility expected. Your behaviors are a reflection of your employer. For instance, an elementary school teacher is expected not to go out on weekends and get wasted and post all the pictures on social media or talk about children or parents publicly. I believe they can be fired if they display this type of behavior because it reflects on their employer. If everyone expects better, the world could be better.
