jon....If allowed any capacity to create a nuclear weapon and/or long-range missile delivery systems, Iran will surely use them to eliminate Israel consistent with its stated goals. It would be stupid to not take all those facilities out of the equation before Iran has time to rebuild its defenses. This is a no-brainer.

This may well open the door to an internally driven regime change and usher in a new, less hostile and troublesome participation by the Iraqi people in world affairs. Tensions will certainly worsen in the short run, but once the regime is de-fanged of its main power source and shown to be essentially weak and illegitimate its proxies will distance themselves in an attempt to avoid being eliminated along with the regime.

If they won't denuclearize then we have to continue with next steps. Which would include bombing thier nuclear facilities. kvas...Mark Twain said over a hundred years ago that it doesn't matter how much money you make. What matters is how much you can buy with the money you make. Inflation has occurred throughout U.S. history and is inevitable. What needs to be controlled is "runaway" inflation, which is when the price of goods rises significantly faster than corresponding increases in salaries and wages. A 2% inflation goal is realistic and important. The tariffs will add to the inflation pressure by adding costs to consumers that otherwise would not be there.

It is hard to imagine that the new appointments can do worse than their predecessors. bret...Conflict of interest will always exist. There are safe guards in place to limit them. The new appointments have extreme biases against a treatment that has proven to be safe and effective. This does not bode well for US Healthcare.

It should also be unlawful for doctors to subcribe medications for anxiety and depression that do not cure the patient but only keep them drugged to make them happy.
