Even though he was not the person I personally voted for, the world views all Americans as ineffectual and powerless to govern their own country and harmful to the peace and stability of the world. jenn...These questions are not mutually exclusive. You can both feel that the law enforcement connection WILL change how the situation is viewed AND that it shouldn't. Since republicans regularly argue that more guns in the hands of lawful trained citizens will make us safer, this situation does run counter to that. But climate change happened regardless of what we do. Ice ages and periods of global warming have been happening for millions and billions of years.
