meho...I think it's all military optics for Trump, a waste of our military forces and taxpayer money. It's terrible what he's doing and it does nothing to solve the "drug" problem. He's alienating yet another country unnecessarily. Where are the sane heads to shut this fiasco down?
blue...Cuba and Iran are the countries to support Venezuela, so any skirmishes would likely end quickly. The U.S. military is very strong (thank you Trump) and freeing these countries from communism and the cartel would be a huge victory for the people there.

jsch...The Democrats again showed they are only thinking of themselves and not looking after the American people. this shutdown was unnecessary. Democrats need to abolish ACA and work with bipartisan Republicans to get a more affordable health insurance for the American people

robs...Successful resolution of the shutdown has been all over the news for the past 3 days. If 34.5% of this newsletter's readers don't pay attention to major events in the news, why on earth would they proactively offer their uninformed opinion by answering this question? The legislative branch has made itself useless which is why the last 3-4 presidents have relied on executive orders and the Supreme Court to legislate the changes they want. No governor branch gives a damn about the average American who works hard to take care of their families. If they did they would be working together to actually govern. The republicans need to stop bringing religion into law making; it does not belong. The democrats need to stand up to the republicans but once again they have caved. jra9...While it is certainly a risky move, the strategic part lies in the fact that chips are depreciating fast so the actual investments of Open AI are likely better. Additionally, Open AI has so quickly shifted from non-profit to greed, that they will likely climb faster longer. Though, I do expect there will be a fall. Altman's pride seems to know no bounds.

I think people should stop living outside their means and save up to buy their next level house. People need to learn to be financially minded and not live their lives in debt. On the other hand, a person could pay the debt sooner by paying more monthly but the lint is AFFORDABLE HOUSING… if one can’t pay the minimum, then one cannot pay additional, thus losing the house increases for an additional 20 years well beyond retirement where income is less for non-wealthy individuals.

Not being able to build any equity or save for a rainy day or retirement would be eliminated for virtually anyone for 50 years. A brilliant solution for getting people off various assistance while pouring money in the form of interest payment into the banking industry. jald...How are we going to lower construction costs as the experts say we need to do? Without a major recession or depression prices are not coming down. Developers have every incentive to not increase the housing supply and it would lower their profits so don’t see that working. Also need to get rid of a lot of illegals which has caused shortages in housing.

It all started with the Clinton Administration who repealed the GlassSteagle Act allowing banks to "give away" loans to anybody which drove the housing market up to levels unheard of . Before that, housing would appreciate at the level of inflation, about 2-3%. Democrats are despicable and half the country doesn't care.

paul...Stevia is what I use at home, but when out, whatever artificial sweetener is available, usually saccharin or Splenda.
bjef...I don't add sweeteners because food tastes fine without them. That being said, I drink diet coke. Of course, RFK will be all over this to counter the unvaccinated masses dying from lack of vaccines.
