- 37% No

wvme... | I feel like there is an ulterior motive behind the "support", but for right now, I absolutely, 100% approve this step in keeping mifepristone available. |
j2br... | Abortion by a pill is not any different than an abortion by a physician. It’s still taking of a human being’s life. |
ckin... | Government has no business inserting itself into the doctor patient relationship! |
rtet... | Surprised the Trump regime hasn't banned it yet. |
jscu... | We need to recognize there are three parties in every abortion decision. Unborn babies with beating hearts have rights too. |
twin... | My body my life |
atta... | It’s an abortion drug, not a medication |
alan... | First time I've agreed with them about anything. |
mary... | Its a woman's right to manage her medical conditions. |
bevb... | I meant yes |
mah3... | The defense of Micepristone has been going on for years. These states just thought that this administration would be a push over as it has been in its support of overturning Roe v. Wade. Miraculously, the administration is on the right side of this since politically bands on abortion have been a political hot potato that Trump is trying to walk back. If those winds change, so will he as he has no moral compass or principles. |
sims... | This country is trying to become theocracy versus a democracy or republic. I do not believe any religion has the moral authority to dictate people’s lives. |
kold... | Attacks on Mifepristone are outrageous |
jenn... | My body, my choice. Period. |
solo... | It’s another form of abortion. It enables people to casually take actions that have lifelong implications and try to wipe them away as if it’s nothing instead of taking responsibility for our actions. |
tomg... | Choice, does that not matter anymore? |
hwmi... | If men could have children they wouldn’t have anyone tell them what to do with their bodies. |
mart... | The government has no business sticking its nose in ANY patient’s care |
dash... | We are not an Islamic country |
jjka... | I think its an appropriate moderate policy choice which is consistent overall with opposition to abortion |
cdei... | It’s the woman’s choice. Not some idiots in Washington |
rlus... | Woman's body, woman's choice. |
dste... | Another anti-science stance from an ignorant president. |
kath... | YES. Absolutely anything that can be done to save an unborn child should be done. |
amyc... | This medication isn't just a "medicated abortion" pill -- it is instrumental in helping women who have suffered missed miscarriages and aiding in terminations for medical reasons. I used it to assist in my L&D of a much-wanted baby who had a fatal condition. People who oppose it are clueless. |
made... | Women rights , civil rights , human rights all in peril , I don’t think Trump cares a damn about abortion he just uses a heated subject to further divide Americans |
rfy1... | The continued attacks on healthcare by the current administration are inexcusable. |
joan... | Trumps an idiot and so is his staff and cabinet members |
loui... | It leaves women with no options. |
mich... | We need a way to provide safe and effective ways for women in the United States to access abortion despite state restrictions. |
true... | Their claims of this drug being "dangerous" is unfounded by studies and data. There's simply no empiracle evidence to back up their claims. Tylenol and Viagra are more dangerous. Furthermore, the support of government sanctioned reproductive coercion forcing women to remain pregnant against their will is abuse. It's disgusting and should be seen as comparable to rape. Thinking it's possible to give equal rights to the developing life and the woman it requires to be inside shows ignorance and lacks some critical thinking. |
fick... | It is safe and the religious cults should mind their own business |
edel... | NOT LEGAL< NOT FAIR ALL WRONG |
made... | Don’t trust the courts when run by Trump. Don’t believe what you see! They will be back again after midterms. This was a bad question! |
nkim... | People please stop being god!! Women have the right on what they want to do with their own bodies. God will be the judge and NOT human beings. |
cica... | It’s a start and it’s a half measure. Bring back Roe in its original form. That’s what a majority of Americans want and that’s what democracy is. Or at least that’s what the promise of democracy is. It hasn’t been happening in this country for a long time. Evidently voters preferences don’t factor heavily into policy making. Big money interests always seem to prevail. |
lvst... | Medical professionals need access to the medications that best allow them to treat patients. The loss of a viable fetus is always termed abortion. This event is not always elective and can be to save the life of the mother. Denying Dr's access to the tools that will allow them to safely protect a women in distress is unethical. |
bruc... | Individual liberty. Get government out of our life decisions. |
Should OpenAI’s structure be fundamentally for-profit to meet market demands?
- 75% No, a nonprofit model is crucial for ethical considerations.
- 25% Yes, a for-profit model is necessary for innovation.
Comments | |
---|---|
ljob... | Who knows how it will be used in the end. Probably for profit. |
cica... | Everyone suspects the profit motive. It’s human nature when there’s a profit to be made people often violate even the most basic of ethical standards. |
nkim... | AI is too powerful a tool to be for profit. Until we humans are able to figure out what is true and what is false - humans will be controlled by whoever controls AI. We have seen this in our elections. |
kath... | I believe the entire thought from the beginning was for this to be a non-profit. |
joeh... | If you start as a non-profit then you stay as one. |
Will a successful trade agreement with India significantly benefit American consumers?
- 79% Yes, it will lead to lower prices and more choices
- 21% No, it won’t have a notable impact on consumers
Comments | |
---|---|
raj.... | Generic medicines, iphones and fabric industry will benefit American Consumers. But we need to get India to reduce their tariff on our agricultural exports - corn, etc. |
chri... | And also the purchase by India of more US products. As they are poised for growth this would be a good medium-term trade partner. |
mano... | In the short term, yes, but in the long term we’re creating a second China. The challenge is to continue developing manufacturing in the U.S., optimizing technology, and addressing the cost of doing business in America. |
sims... | Not in the short run. Supply chains have to be developed which means companies will have to bet china and US trade war will be long term |
atli... | Given its likely success perhaps this could lead to a zero percent tariiff world wide and a resounding economic boom. |
oneo... | Better India than China |
wvme... | The way we are weilding tariffs like a club is NOT helping anyone. If we came to a reasonable agreement with India, it would certainly benefit our people, as well as India's. |
ebr.... | Lol Trump is trading China for India now?? Jeez |
mari... | I don’t think the effect on consumers will be great because India is nog a big exporter of consumer goods to the US, but it will help certain industries and forge good relations with a huge and powerful country. We need good friends in Asia. |
cica... | Let’s face it. These tariffs are about one man. If they buy enough of Trump‘s coin, they’ll get whatever they want, regardless of whether or not it will benefit the American people. |
Is the communication failure at Newark a sign that the entire air traffic control system is outdated?
- 91% Yes, it needs a complete overhaul.
- 9% No, such failures can happen even in modern systems.
Comments | |
---|---|
wvme... | Im sure that the system itself needs to be upgraded and streamlined, but an equally large problem seems to be the lack of adequate staff. If the FAA had enough employees, it would reduce stress and fatigue and the response times to emergencies like these would be quicker and less likely. |
nkim... | Why are we sending our tax payers money to encourage war and killing of innocent civilians and not spending the money on our infrastructures? |
tcke... | Continue to ignore the need for innovation, updated technology and infrastructure and our country will fail. |
sims... | This has been an issue for decades |
tomp... | It's needed overhaul for 10 years, but it seems more important to spend money on a New Air Force 1 nd Parades and other stupid stuff first! |
jjka... | we need to both hire more controllers and update the systems to automate more of the functions |
cica... | Yeah, I just don’t wanna see this administration overhaul it. Also, what expertise does Real World Sean having the area of transportation safety? What is he actually know about air travel and the airline industry? Willing to bet not much. |
mari... | Such an important area for investment. Not an area to keep a tight-ship with staff potentially overwhelmed. |
atli... | While I suspect the system needs replacing I also suspect this will play into the hands of Musk and the oligarchs to make a fortune at the expense of taxpayers. |
ebr.... | Newark airport sucks but overhauling it would not make it better. Would just cost a lot. Wasteful. |
How do you view the significance of 3D DNA structure research in cancer treatment?
- 93% Extremely important
- 7% Somewhat important
Comments | |
---|---|
wvme... | Cancer is and always will be the most impactful disease and ANY progress with stopping or preventing it should be a priority. |
usct... | Any research that leads to cures for cancer is worth funding. I hope Trump makes no funding cuts to cancer research. |
How important do you think genetic analyses are in understanding dietary impacts on diseases like pancreatitis?
- 94% Very important
- 4% Somewhat important
- 1% Not important
Comments | |
---|---|
geor... | Why not? It certainly can't hurt and may end up being part of the cure. |
