Microsoft Scales Back Controversial Windows AI Feature

Adobe Rides AI Wave in Q2

Adobe projects digital media net new annual recurring revenue at $460 million for the current quarter, surpassing estimates.

Adobe raised its fiscal 2024 revenue forecast to between $21.40 billion and $21.50 billion. It also raised its adjusted earnings per share forecast to between $18 and $18.20 for the year.

The company's revenue for the second quarter hit $5.31 billion, slightly above expectations.

More users are adopting its AI-powered tools like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Also, Adobe's new AI tool, Firefly, generates images and addresses data privacy concerns.
