Is Your Portfolio Ready for This?

Here's the uncomfortable truth:
The smartest investors in the world are already preparing for a crash before 2026 ends.

– NASDAQ is trading at bubble levels not seen since 2000.
– Global conflicts are accelerating, not cooling.

The market doesn't ring a bell before it collapses. When it happens, it will be overnight… and millions will wake up too late.

If you're still "waiting for a sign"… this is it.

We’ve created a free crash protection eBook showing you how to protect your portfolio now, with the exact stocks and strategies to hold when the storm breaks.

By the time the headlines confirm it, the opportunity will be gone — and you’ll be left watching from the sidelines.

Red Card Reversal

FIFA suspended Folarin Balogun’s one-match ban for one year, allowing the U.S. striker to play Belgium on Monday in Seattle.

Balogun was sent off in the 64th minute of a 2-0 win over Bosnia and Herzegovina after stepping on Tarik Muharemovic. He has three goals at the 2026 World Cup, and the U.S. is chasing its first quarterfinal since 2002.

Belgium called FIFA’s decision “astonishing,” while coach Rudi Garcia called it an “April Fools’ joke.”

FIFA cited its disciplinary code; Belgium said World Cup rules require an automatic one-match suspension.

Fault Lines

Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro says Democrats face an internal fight over socialism and that he disagrees with Darializa Avila Chevalier’s politics.

Avila Chevalier, 32, upset Rep. Adriano Espaillat in a June New York primary, winning 49% to 46%.

She is a community organizer and doctoral student who worked in pro-Palestinian protests at Columbia, called to abolish ICE, and defended attending a pro-Palestinian rally after the Oct. 7 Hamas attacks.

She received backing from New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani and was one of three New York congressional candidates to win after his endorsement.

Did Avila Chevalier’s victory suggest that Democratic primary voters are open to more left-wing candidates?

Skipping breakfast used to be a bad habit.

Now it’s a health credential.

Millions of people over 50 are doing the 16:8 fast. They think starving themselves every morning is the secret to a longer life.

But there's a problem.

The science behind this trend was mostly done on baker’s yeast and 20-year-olds. When you apply those same rules to a 50-year-old body, it backfires.

You aren't just burning fat. You are quietly starving the one organ that actually keeps you independent and alive.

Your muscle.

We looked at the data. A rigid 16-hour fast makes it almost impossible for an aging body to hold onto lean tissue. Your muscle is going deaf to the food you eat, and the schedule you're using is making it worse.

We wrote down the plain truth about fasting after 50, and the exact protocol you should use instead.

Ready to see how it actually works?

The Fasting Illusion and the Sarcopenia Trap You’ve been told 16:8 fasting clears out dead cells and extends your life. But while you guard against fat, you might be ignoring a bigger threat: sarcopenia. Muscle drains away at 3% a year after sixty. We explain why your grip strength predicts your mortality better than your blood pressure. [Read Section 1: The Fasting Illusion and the Sarcopenia Trap]

The Physiology of Aging: Why the Rules Change After 50 Put a 30-year-old and a 55-year-old on the same fast, and you get two different results. The reason is "anabolic resistance." As you age, your muscle essentially goes deaf. We show you the exact dose of protein—and the specific amino acid trigger—needed to turn the repair switch back on. [Read Section 2: The Physiology of Aging]

The 16:8 Trap: Starving the Longevity Organ Cramming your food into an eight-hour window puts a hard ceiling on what your body can absorb. Eating 100 grams of protein in two meals wastes half of it. We break down why skipping breakfast leaves your body in a hole it can't climb out of, and why the autophagy claims are mostly exaggerated. [Read Section 3: The 16:8 Trap]

The Science of Protein-Pacing The government chart for protein is outdated. Expert panels now recommend nearly double that amount for active older adults. But total grams aren't enough. We explain the math of protein-pacing—how to spread your meals out so every plate forces your body to rebuild. [Read Section 4: The Science of Protein-Pacing]

The Anabolic Fasting Blueprint You don't have to quit fasting. You just need to loosen the window. We lay out a practical 12:12 or 14:10 protocol. You get the exact templates for the morning rescue meal, the mid-day anchors, and the pre-sleep protein bridge to protect your muscle overnight. [Read Section 5: The Anabolic Fasting Blueprint]

Synergizing Diet and Lifestyle Food provides the raw material, but you have to signal the body to use it. We explain why resistance training is non-negotiable after 50. We also cover how to accurately track your progress and navigate the digestive roadblocks that come with age or weight-loss drugs. [Read Section 6: Synergizing Diet and Lifestyle]

The goal isn't just to survive past fifty.

It's to arrive in your eighties strong enough to actually do something with them.

Gut Memory Switch

Stanford Medicine and the Arc Institute found age-related memory loss in mice is driven partly by gut microbiome changes that weaken gut-brain signaling through the vagus nerve.

Young mice housed with old mice, or given old mice’s microbiomes, showed worse object recognition and maze performance; germ-free young mice kept normal memory unless given old microbiomes.

The bacterium Parabacteroides goldsteinii and higher medium-chain fatty acids were linked to inflammation, lower vagus nerve activity, and reduced hippocampus activity.

Antibiotics or vagus nerve activation restored cognition in mice. The authors are testing whether the same pathway affects people.

The IRS just answered a question many Opportunity Zone investors were hoping would stay open.

Deferred gains from the original program must be recognized on December 31, 2026.

No re-deferral into the new program.

For a subscriber with $500,000 of deferred gain, the July Regulatory Docket estimates roughly $104,965 of federal tax — or about $151,465 all-in for a California resident.

That is exactly why we built The Regulatory Docket.

Each month, we scan tax, estate, Medicare, retirement, SEC, and state-rule changes for affluent households.

Normally: $189/month or $1,890/year.
Summer Rate: $50/month or $500/year — 74% off.

If your household earns $200K+ with $1M+ invested, this is the briefing you read before the tax bill arrives.

Subscribe while the Summer Rate is open.

Trump Accounts

The US launched Trump Accounts, giving a $1,000 government-funded investment account to citizens born in 2025-2028; parents can also open accounts for children under 18 with a Social Security number.

Families may contribute up to $5,000 a year before tax, along with employers, charities and relatives. More than 6 million families signed up, but only 1.4 million qualify for the federal seed money.

Funds go into low-cost index ETFs, starting with State Street’s S&P 500 fund, plus BlackRock and Vanguard options.

Treasury warns of scams. Officials say the accounts promote investing; critics say low-income families may not benefit much.

Do you believe a $1,000 account at birth will make a meaningful difference in a child’s financial future?

Knee Pain

Researchers tested genicular artery embolization, a minimally invasive procedure, in 194 osteoarthritis patients with a mean age of 69 who had not found enough relief from physiotherapy, anti-inflammatory drugs, or injections.

The treatment uses microscopic gel beads to block abnormal blood vessels and pain-sensing nerves around the knee. After 12 months, average pain scores fell from 7 to 3, while function, recreation, quality of life, and osteoarthritis symptoms improved.

No notable side effects were reported. The study lacked a control group and was done at one hospital, but it suggests an option between injections and knee replacement.

Do you think genicular artery embolization should be more widely offered to knee pain patients now?

Battlefield Race

Cold War nuclear arsenals are being replaced by hypersonic missiles, AI, space weapons and drones as major powers spend more than $2 trillion on defense across three continents.

Russia leads in proven hypersonics; China has tied its military to AI labs and tested anti-satellite weapons; the US has used AI in combat and is funding a $1 trillion-plus Golden Dome missile shield.

Europe’s defense spending hit nearly $600 billion in 2025. Russia tripled military spending from 2022 to 2025, while China raised spending 7% this year. NATO sharply boosted artillery and air-defense budgets.

To know little and yet actively court danger is not bravery; it is simply a fast-tracked invitation to absolute ruin.
