Fresh Plot
Israel shared new intelligence with the U.S. saying Iran was weighing a fresh plot to kill President Trump.
U.S. officials said the warning was new and specific, though threats from Iran have long been monitored. Iran has vowed revenge over Trump’s order to kill Qassem Soleimani in 2020.
Trump said he was aware of the threat and had been “a little bit lucky.” He later spoke with Netanyahu, and both countries agreed to keep coordinating.
The report came amid escalating U.S.-Iran strikes in Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan and the Strait of Hormuz, raising fears of broader conflict.

Apple’s Starlink Update Sparks Huge Earning Opportunity
Apple just secretly added Starlink satellite support to iPhones through iOS 18.3.
One of the biggest potential winners? Mode Mobile.
Mode’s EarnPhone already reaches 490M+ users that have earned over $1B, and that’s before global satellite coverage. With SpaceX eliminating "dead zones," Mode's earning technology can now reach billions more in unbanked and rural populations worldwide.
Their global expansion is perfectly timed, and investors like you still have a chance to invest in their pre-IPO offering at $0.52/share.
With their recent 32,481% revenue growth and newly reserved Nasdaq ticker, Mode is one step closer to a potential IPO.
Please read the offering circular and related risks at invest.modemobile.com. This is a paid advertisement for Mode Mobile’s Regulation A+ Offering.
Mode Mobile recently received their ticker reservation with Nasdaq ($MODE), indicating an intent to IPO in the next 24 months. An intent to IPO is no guarantee that an actual IPO will occur.
The Deloitte rankings are based on submitted applications and public company database research, with winners selected based on their fiscal-year revenue growth percentage over a three-year period.

Prediction Clampdown
Goldman Sachs has barred employees from trading prediction markets on finance, war, elections, macro data and geopolitics, while still allowing sports and entertainment bets.
The policy covers event contracts tied to companies, including Goldman, and was updated after the rise of Kalshi and Polymarket.
Repeated violations can lead to firing, account closure, or forfeiture of profits above $200. Morgan Stanley and Bank of America are tightening rules too; JPMorgan has only warned staff.
The move follows the first private-sector insider-trading case in this area, involving a Google employee accused of making about $1.2 million on Polymarket trades.
Do you think companies should ban staff from trading prediction markets on politics, war, and macro data?
If you are proactive about your health, you probably took a fish oil pill this morning.
You take it to protect your heart.
And for decades, doctors told us this was the smartest thing you could do.
It clears your arteries. It lowers triglycerides.
And they were right. It works great for your heart's plumbing.
But your heart isn't just a system of pipes. It's an electrical grid.
And recent clinical trials revealed a strange paradox. The exact same supplement that protects your arteries might be scrambling your electrical system.
Cardiologists found that high doses of purified Omega-3s were triggering Atrial Fibrillation—a chaotic heart rhythm that multiplies your risk of a stroke.
The link is so clear, it’s now printed on FDA-approved drug labels.
But almost no one buys fish oil at the pharmacy. We buy it at the grocery store, where the bottles just say "Extra Strength" and "Triple Action."
We dug into the “Omega-3-Rhythm Paradox.”
Here is the straight truth about your daily supplement, and exactly how to keep the benefits without taking on the risk.
The Plumbing vs. Electricity Trap You take fish oil to clear your arteries. It works. But a flawless angiogram means nothing if your heart can't keep time. We explain why the cardiology world is quietly changing its tune on Omega-3s. [Read Section 1: The Illusion of Total Cardiovascular Safety]
The 4-Gram Tipping Point In 2018, a massive trial handed fish oil a clear victory. Then researchers read the fine print. We break down the landmark trials to show you the exact dose where the heart benefit tips toward harm. [Read Section 2: Decoding the REDUCE-IT and STRENGTH Trials]
How a Fatty Acid Rewires Your Heart How can one pill help and harm the same organ? It comes down to cell membranes. We look at the biology of how EPA embeds itself into your heart tissue, altering ion channels and shifting your nervous system to trigger an erratic beat. [Read Section 3: The Biomechanics of a Destabilized Heart]
The Silent Endurance Thief A-Fib isn’t just a skipped beat. It’s a disorganized quiver that steals your stamina and multiplies your stroke risk by five. The worst part? Up to a third of episodes are completely silent. You feel nothing while the danger climbs. [Read Section 4: Why A-Fib Is Worse Than You Think]
The "Extra Strength" Lie The supplement industry runs on the idea that more is better. It’s not. We expose the regulatory wild west of over-the-counter fish oil, why you might be swallowing rancid lipids, and the hidden ingredients manufacturers refuse to put on the label. [Read Section 5: Dosage Creep and Industry Blindspots]
The Lipid-Rhythm Audit We don't want you to stop taking fish oil. We want you to take it safely. Here is the plain-language protocol to find your safe dose, configure your Apple Watch to catch silent heart issues, and what to ask your doctor at your next visit. [Read Section 6: Your Action Plan for Safe Supplementation]
You don't need to ditch your supplements.
You just need to know the new rules.

Sugar Split
Researchers found fructose and glucose affect hunger circuits differently despite equal calories.
In mice, fructose raised the gut hormone PYY, which signaled through the vagus nerve to mildly suppress AgRP neurons, a key hunger pathway; blocking that route erased the effect.
Glucose suppressed AgRP neurons more directly and strongly. High-fructose corn syrup was preferred over fructose alone and inhibited AgRP neurons even more.
The results suggest the brain distinguishes among sugars, not just calorie counts, and that sugar type can shape appetite and food preference.

Would stronger suppression of hunger-related brain activity make a sugar seem more desirable to you?
Some taxpayers may be owed refunds from COVID-era penalties and interest.
But the July Regulatory Docket flags the dangerous part:
The general protective-claim deadline is July 10, 2026.
A household that paid the maximum failure-to-file penalty on a $50,000 balance paid $12,500 before interest.
Relief will not arrive automatically.
You have to know to ask.
That is the point of The Regulatory Docket.
Every month, it turns dense tax, estate, Medicare, retirement, and state-rule changes into plain-English action intelligence for affluent households.
Normally: $189/month or $1,890/year.
Summer Rate: $50/month or $500/year — 74% off.
One missed deadline can cost more than years of this report.

Meta’s AI Pivot
Meta launched Muse Spark 1.1, its first paid AI model for developers, with API pricing of $1.25 per 1 million input tokens and $4.25 per 1 million output tokens, plus $20 in free credits for new U.S. developers.
The model has a 1 million-token context window and supports coding, agentic tasks, multimodal inputs, native tools, MCP servers and custom skills.
Meta says it leads its lineup in agentic reasoning and tool use and beats Google’s Gemini in some agent, coding and multimodal tests.
The release signals Meta’s shift from open source to a proprietary model, though an open-source version is still planned.
Do you trust Meta to build AI tools that are as strong as its claims suggest?
Hip Replacements Hold
A study of nearly 1.9 million hip replacements found modern implants last much longer than older estimates suggest.
About 93% still function after 20 years, 92% after 25 years and 91% after 30 years. Researchers say better bearing surfaces, including highly cross-linked polyethylene and advanced ceramics, cut friction and wear particles that can loosen implants.
That improves outlooks for younger patients who once feared early surgery would mean future revision operations.
The figures are averages, not guarantees; lifespan still depends on age, activity, bone quality, weight, health, implant type and surgical technique.

Does a 20- to 30-year average lifespan make hip replacement surgery feel less risky to you than you expected?
Netflix Reboots
Netflix is testing new ways to lift engagement as viewership slips. Executives have discussed genre-based live channels and bundling outside subscriptions, including Peacock, inside the Netflix app.
The company’s TV viewership share fell to 7.8% in April, its lowest since May 2025, while shares are down more than 40% in 12 months.
Netflix has already added an ad tier, lower-cost content, and international content deals such as France’s TF1.
It is also weighing World Cup bids for 2030 and 2034. Ad revenue was about $1.5 billion last year, and Netflix expects it to double in 2026.
