The Next Breakout Might Be in Your Pocket

Everyone’s hunting for the next Unicorn.

The type of “category disruptor” that grows fast and turns early believers into big winners.

59,000+ investors think that Mode Mobile could be one of those rare finds.

Americans spend 4 ½ hours on their phones daily, and Mode Mobile is monetizing that screentime. With $1B+ earned by over 490M customers and 32,481% revenue growth, Mode’s EarnPhone is turning smartphones into income generating assets.

Their previous raises sold out, and the company is now offering pre-IPO shares at $0.52/share with up to 20% bonus, exclusive to early investors.

Being early is everything, and this window is still open.

Mode Mobile recently received their ticker reservation with Nasdaq ($MODE), indicating an intent to IPO in the next 24 months. An intent to IPO is no guarantee that an actual IPO will occur.

The Deloitte rankings are based on submitted applications and public company database research, with winners selected based on their fiscal-year revenue growth percentage over a three-year period.

IRS Power Play

Trump and his family sued the IRS for $10 billion over leaked tax information linked to former contractor Charles Littlejohn, who pleaded guilty in 2023.

Trump later dropped the case and reached a deal tied to a $1.8 billion “Anti-Weaponization Fund,” which also shielded him, his family and related businesses from IRS audits and other tax enforcement on past returns.

Florida federal Judge Kathleen Williams said the suit was filed in bad faith to legitimize the settlement, noted Trump controlled both the IRS and Justice Department, and said no real case existed.

She referred Trump’s lawyer to the Florida Bar and barred the agreement from being cited.

Hormuz Toll

Trump restored a U.S. blockade on Iranian ships in the Strait of Hormuz and imposed a 20% fee on other cargo using the route, deepening the U.S.-Iran clash after renewed fighting.

The move sent oil prices higher: Brent rose 9.6% to $83.30 a barrel and WTI 9.4% to $78.14, as traders feared disruption to a waterway that carries about 20% of global oil flows.

U.S. Central Command said it launched a third night of strikes on Iran. The UAE said Iranian missiles hit two tankers, killing one Indian crew member and wounding eight others.

Is charging a 20% reimbursement on cargo using the Strait of Hormuz a justified policy?

You probably have a bottle of melatonin in your house.

Most of us do. It feels safe. It sits right next to the vitamin C at the pharmacy, usually flavored like mixed berries.

But melatonin isn't a vitamin. It’s a hormone.

And we are taking massive, unnatural doses of it.

A standard 10-milligram gummy gives you about 30 times what your brain naturally produces.

The strange part? Clinical data shows it barely even helps you sleep. On average, it only adds about eight minutes to your night.

But it does do something else. Something the supplement companies don't mention.

It messes with your blood sugar.

When you have high levels of melatonin in your blood and you eat a late-night snack, the hormone acts as a brake on your insulin. It creates a biological collision. And because of a common genetic variant, half the population is especially vulnerable to this trap.

We ignored the wellness marketing and went straight to the clinical trials.

Here is the unvarnished truth about the world's favorite "natural" sleep aid.

The 30x Overdose: Why the Math is Wrong
You take a vitamin, your body flushes the excess. Hormones don't work that way. We explain the massive gap between what your pineal gland actually makes (a tiny trickle) and the 10mg gummies sold at the store. [Section 1: The Proactive Anchor]

The Blindspot: What's Really in the Bottle
In Europe, it’s a prescription drug. Here, it’s a largely unregulated supplement. We look at the Harvard data showing 88% of melatonin products are mislabeled. Plus, we explain why the receptors that matter most aren't just in your brain—they are in your pancreas. [Section 2: The Blindspot]

The Biological Collision: When Sleep Meets Food
This is the danger zone. Taking melatonin while eating a late snack signals your pancreas to stop releasing insulin right when you need it most. We break down the studies and the specific gene—carried by half of us—that amplifies this blood-sugar spike. [Section 3: The Real Paradox]

The 8-Minute Myth: Does It Actually Work?
We clear up the rumors about weight gain and vivid dreams. But the biggest reality check is the efficacy. Pooled data shows melatonin only cuts the time it takes to fall asleep by seven minutes. We look at the actual data behind the habit. [Section 4: Signal and Noise]

The Real Off-Switch: Fixing Your Clock
You don't need another pill to sleep well. You need light. We lay out the biological levers that actually control your circadian rhythm, starting with morning sun and shifting when you eat your meals. [Section 5: The Science of Reversal]

The Step-Down Protocol: Finding Your Floor
The good news? Melatonin isn't physically addictive. There is no withdrawal. We give you a simple, evidence-based roadmap to step down to a harmless micro-dose and let your natural biology take over. [Section 6: The Protocol]

This isn't about throwing away your supplements. It's about knowing exactly how they work.

Hidden MS Damage

Researchers used AI to detect hidden cortical lesions in routine MRI scans of multiple sclerosis patients, a type of gray-matter brain damage often missed by standard imaging and linked to disability and cognitive decline.

The method, called MMCLE, analyzed multiple MRI contrasts and was tested on scans from the ORATORIO ocrelizumab trial, which included more than 700 participants.

It found about 15 to 20 cortical lesions per patient, or more than 11,000 total. Researchers say it could help reanalyze past trials and improve future MS research and care.

Do you think detecting more cortical lesions will meaningfully change how MS is treated?

Some taxpayers may be owed refunds from COVID-era penalties and interest.

But the July Regulatory Docket flags the dangerous part:

The general protective-claim deadline is July 10, 2026.

A household that paid the maximum failure-to-file penalty on a $50,000 balance paid $12,500 before interest.

Relief will not arrive automatically.

You have to know to ask.

That is the point of The Regulatory Docket.

Every month, it turns dense tax, estate, Medicare, retirement, and state-rule changes into plain-English action intelligence for affluent households.

Normally: $189/month or $1,890/year.
Summer Rate: $50/month or $500/year — 74% off.

One missed deadline can cost more than years of this report.

Cocaine to Wall Street

Spanish police say a 13-ton cocaine seizure in Algeciras led to a wider probe tying a Newport Beach SPAC, Blue Acquisition Corp., to suspected drug trafficking and money laundering.

Investigators accuse Ignacio Torán of running a network using shell companies, offshore accounts, crypto, and banks in Panama, Ireland and São Tomé and Príncipe; they say he held at least €10 million in bitcoin.

The probe also names ex-police money-laundering chief Óscar Sánchez, whose home allegedly held €20 million in walls, and Ketan Seth and Francisco de Borbón, linked to Alpha Trading and Blue.

Does the scale of the alleged cocaine network suggest a failure of international banking oversight?

Uranium Cleanup

Scientists found that bacteria in flooded uranium mine water can convert dissolved uranium into a stable form.

In tests at the former Wismut mine in eastern Germany, researchers added glycerol to mine-water samples and the microbes transformed uranium into pentavalent uranium, with most of it ending up as FeU(V)O4, a stable iron-oxygen compound.

After 130 days, only about 5% of dissolved uranium remained. The process could aid bioremediation of uranium-contaminated surface water and groundwater, which affects sites in the U.S., India, Canada, France, South Africa and Australia.

Do you think natural microbial processes could be a better long-term solution than chemical treatment?

Darline Graham

South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster named Darline Graham, 64, to fill the Senate seat held by her brother, the late Sen. Lindsey Graham, until his term ends in early January.

Lindsey Graham died of an aortic tear linked to cardiovascular disease. If she is sworn in, Republicans will keep a 53-47 Senate majority, though Sen. Mitch McConnell is hospitalized and unable to vote.

South Carolina will hold a GOP primary in August and a special general election in November for the next six-year term. Republicans are expected to keep the seat, with Rep. Russell Fry among the top contenders.

Does naming Darline Graham to her brother’s seat feel like a fair temporary choice?
