Traffic Stop Pause

ICE has paused most vehicle stops during arrests or questioning after two fatal shootings in a week in Maine and Texas.

One man in Biddeford was shot while officers carried out a removal order operation; DHS said he tried to flee. In Houston, ICE shot Mexican national Lorenzo Salgado Araujo; DHS said he ignored commands and tried to ram an officer, while his family said he had no criminal record.

The temporary rule covers Enforcement and Removal Operations, not Homeland Security Investigations. ICE will still allow stops in major criminal cases and some joint operations, and is changing training and body-camera rules.

Do you think vehicle stops are an acceptable tactic in immigration enforcement when a suspect may flee?

You did exactly what the longevity books told you to do.

You built muscle.

You ate enough protein to keep it.

Then your annual blood test tried to punish you for it.

The doctor looks at your lab results, sighs, and tells you to cut back on the steak and ease up in the gym.

Your "eGFR" is dangerously low. Your "creatinine" is high. On paper, you are tracking toward stage 3 kidney failure.

If you don't handle this moment correctly, two things are about to happen:

First, your doctor might permanently flag "Chronic Kidney Disease" on your medical record. Good luck keeping your preferred life insurance rates after that.

Second, you will get scared into cutting your protein. You will lose the very muscle that protects you from aging. You will trade a fake kidney risk for a very real, very dangerous aging risk.

But the science says your doctor is probably wrong.

Your kidneys are likely perfectly fine. The standard test is just fundamentally broken for anyone who lifts weights. It is measuring your gym habit, not your organs.

We just published our premium deep dive, The Renal Longevity Requisition. It explains why standard metabolic panels are optimized for sedentary, average people—and the single, muscle-independent test that proves your organs are healthy.

If you want to protect your muscle, your medical chart, and your peace of mind, here is what you need to unlock:

[Section 1: The Proactive Lifter’s Dilemma] — The Gym Penalty: Why Healthy Habits Trigger False Alarms
We look at why building muscle is your absolute best insurance policy against aging, why standard lab formulas are blind to athletic bodies, and how the system is rigged to treat a fit 45-year-old like a sedentary patient.

[Section 2: Deconstructing Creatinine] — Muscle Exhaust: The Biology of the False Positive
Creatinine isn't a toxin; it's just muscle exhaust. We explain how your steak dinner, your creatine tub, and your physique are tricking the lab’s formulas. Learn the exact timeline of how a single meal can temporarily drop your kidney score by a whole stage.

[Section 3: The Cystatin C Solution (Premium)] — The Tie-Breaker: The Gold-Standard Test Your Doctor Missed
There is a tiny protein made by every cell in your body that muscle mass can't fool. We show you the exact combination formula that the National Kidney Foundation calls the true gold standard—and why your clinic didn’t order it by default.

[Section 4: The Clinical Toolkit (Premium)] — The Script: How to Talk to Your Doctor
How to ask for the right tests without sounding like a Google-MD hypochondriac. We give you the exact 3-step script that uses clinical guidelines to get a "yes" from your physician, and the self-order fallback if they refuse.

[Section 5: The Renal-Friendly Hypertrophy Protocol (Premium)] — The Over-50 Protein Protocol: Truth vs. Myth
How to feed your muscles with precision. We look at the "leucine trigger," why the "30g of protein limit" is a myth, and how to protect your kidneys while eating for hypertrophy.

[Section 6: Integrating Muscle and Organ Health (Premium)] — The True Protectors: Tracking the Metrics That Matter
Forget the standard flags. We look at the actual markers of kidney damage and explain why your muscle is the ultimate shield for your organs.

If you lift weights, eat protein, and care about staying strong as you age, you are playing by a different set of physiological rules.

Stop letting the wrong ruler measure your health.

Unlock the full guide and get the exact script for your next physical.

Apple just secretly added Starlink satellite support to iPhones through iOS 18.3.

One of the biggest potential winners? Mode Mobile.

Mode’s EarnPhone already reaches 490M+ users that have earned over $1B, and that’s before global satellite coverage. With SpaceX eliminating "dead zones," Mode's earning technology can now reach billions more in unbanked and rural populations worldwide.

Their global expansion is perfectly timed, and investors like you still have a chance to invest in their pre-IPO offering at $0.52/share.

With their recent 32,481% revenue growth and newly reserved Nasdaq ticker, Mode is one step closer to a potential IPO.

Please read the offering circular and related risks at invest.modemobile.com. This is a paid advertisement for Mode Mobile’s Regulation A+ Offering.

Mode Mobile recently received their ticker reservation with Nasdaq ($MODE), indicating an intent to IPO in the next 24 months. An intent to IPO is no guarantee that an actual IPO will occur.

The Deloitte rankings are based on submitted applications and public company database research, with winners selected based on their fiscal-year revenue growth percentage over a three-year period.

Ukraine Sea Shock

Ukraine said it struck 11 Russian vessels overnight in the Sea of Azov, including five tankers, five cargo ships and a tugboat, targeting Russia’s “shadow fleet” and fuel supply lines to Crimea.

Kyiv said it has hit 116 Russian vessels in nine days. Russia said it is arranging alternative shipping routes and that grain exports and domestic food supply will continue, though shipping remained restricted through the Kerch Strait and Azov-Don channel.

Ukraine also said a naval drone sank the Russian patrol ship Emerald in the Black Sea near Gelendzhik, killing and injuring crew, showing its drones’ wider reach.

Do you believe strikes on Russia’s “shadow fleet” are a legitimate wartime tactic?

REM Sleep Patch

Researchers at the University of Texas at Austin developed NEUSLeeP, a soft wearable patch that uses gentle ultrasound and electrodes to target REM-sleep brain regions while monitoring activity in real time.

In a study of 28 people, it helped users reach REM sleep 43 minutes sooner and stay there about 16 minutes longer.

The effect showed up in healthy sleepers and people with sleep problems.

Participants found it comfortable and safe, with few side effects. In healthy subjects, it improved heart-rate variability and altered emotion-related brain circuits. Larger trials are planned in PTSD, depression, and chronic insomnia.

Some taxpayers may be owed refunds from COVID-era penalties and interest.

But the July Regulatory Docket flags the dangerous part:

The general protective-claim deadline is July 10, 2026.

A household that paid the maximum failure-to-file penalty on a $50,000 balance paid $12,500 before interest.

Relief will not arrive automatically.

You have to know to ask.

That is the point of The Regulatory Docket.

Every month, it turns dense tax, estate, Medicare, retirement, and state-rule changes into plain-English action intelligence for affluent households.

Normally: $189/month or $1,890/year.
Summer Rate: $50/month or $500/year — 74% off.

One missed deadline can cost more than years of this report.

AI Companion

OpenAI plans its first consumer product: a screen-free smart speaker that acts as a home AI companion.

It will control smart-home devices, play media, answer questions, and handle messages using ChatGPT and GPT-Live, a new voice mode that listens and talks at once.

The device will use a camera, sensors, and a rechargeable battery, and is designed to learn from users over time, possibly using personal data such as emails.

OpenAI aims to unveil it this year and ship in 2027. The push follows a $6.5 billion io Products acquisition and comes as Apple sues OpenAI over alleged trade-secret theft.

Gum Gummies

A 6-week Japanese trial of 116 adults found that bacteria-infused gummies cut gum bleeding more than placebo.

Participants taking gummies twice daily saw bleeding on probing fall from 17.6% to 12.3%, versus 18.9% to 16.6% in the placebo group. The product used postbiotics from Lactiplantibacillus pentosus, not live probiotics.

Researchers said the gummies worked without oral-hygiene instructions and could help people at risk for periodontal disease. They noted severe gum disease could affect up to 1.5 billion people by 2050.

Would you trust a gummy supplement to improve gum health without changing your brushing or flossing habits?

Warsh in Congress

Fed Chairman Kevin Warsh told Congress inflation is still too high and that June’s softer price data does not mean victory.

He said inflation has exceeded the Fed’s 2% target for five years and called it a burden on households and businesses. Warsh said the Fed has tools to act, including interest rates and its balance sheet, but stopped short of signaling a hike.

Economists saw his comments as the clearest hint yet of tighter policy. He also defended the economy, cited AI-related investment, launched five Fed review task forces, and criticized the Fed’s 2020 average-inflation-targeting framework.

Do you think inflation should still be considered a serious problem if recent monthly data looks better?
