SpaceX Is Overvalued. Here's the Smarter Play.

At $1.75 trillion, SpaceX is now worth more than Coca-Cola, Disney, and Netflix combined — a company with no public earnings track record and a $135 price tag set by the people selling it to you.

Do the math. To justify that valuation, SpaceX would have to grow into one of the largest companies on Earth before you ever see a profit. History is brutal on day-one IPO buyers who pay that kind of premium. Most are underwater within a year.

There's a smarter way to ride the wave. Our analyst found 3 stocks positioned to ride the SpaceX boom — without the bubble pricing. You get the tickers, entry guidance, price targets, a bonus 4th pick, and a 3-phase buy/sell playbook.

The window before Wall Street rotates in is closing.

Truth API Probe

Trump Media is launching Truth API on Aug. 1, a paid data feed giving Wall Street real-time access to posts from Truth Social’s top 10 trending accounts, including Trump’s.

Pricing discussed ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 a month. Rep. Ritchie Torres asked the SEC to review possible securities-law, market-manipulation and investor-protection issues, citing Trump’s roughly 41% stake through a trust and the edge faster access could give institutions.

At least five high-frequency trading firms have signed up. Traders already react quickly to Trump posts; more than 2 million shares traded in the minute after two Iran-related posts, moving dozens of stocks.

Would you consider it a problem if wealthy traders can see presidential posts before most investors react?

Most parents think adding their adult child to the house deed is a smart, easy win.

It avoids probate. It skips court delays. And the form costs about $32 at the county office.

Then the tax bill arrives.

Or a son-in-law files for divorce.

Or a medical emergency triggers a three-year block on nursing home care.

What looks like a simple estate planning shortcut is actually one of the most expensive financial traps in America.

And the worst part? Whether your family owes $78,000 or $0 usually comes down to six missing words on a single piece of paper.

We just published a comprehensive breakdown on the "DIY Deed" trap—and how to fix it before it's too late.

Here is what you need to know:

The $32 Trap That Gives Away Your House Today
Why smart parents fall for the quitclaim deed. We explain why handing over a deed doesn't write an instruction for later—it transfers legal control of your home right now. [Section 1: The Allure and the Trap of the DIY Deed Transfer]

The Brutal Math: How 6 Words Create a $78,000 Tax Bill
We break down the exact mechanics of the "step-up in basis." Learn why adding a child's name can forfeit a decades-old tax shield, and why proving who paid for the house back in 1988 is your only real defense. [Section 2: Deconstructing the $78,000 Tax Hit]

Creditors, Divorces, and the 37-Month Medicaid Nightmare
Taxes are only half the problem. If your child gets sued or goes through a divorce, their creditors can force the sale of your home. Plus: how a simple deed change can trigger a brutal 60-month Medicaid lookback penalty just when you need care most. [Section 3: Collateral Damage Beyond the Tax Bill]

The 3-Path "Undo" Map (And the 1-Year Rule Most Miss)
Already put your child on the deed? Don't panic, but don't move blindly either. We outline how to reverse the transfer, why putting the house into a living trust won't fix a past completed gift, and the 12-month statutory clock that can ruin a gift-back. [Section 4: Reversing the Mistake]

State-by-State Rules: Lady Bird Deeds and TODs
You don't need a risky quitclaim deed to avoid probate. We map out the 5 states offering "Lady Bird" deeds, the 30+ states with Transfer-on-Death deeds (including recent law changes in NY, MD, and DE), and what to do if your state authorizes neither. [Section 5: The State-by-State Execution Directory]

The 3-Step Checklist to Secure Your Home This Week
How to pull your current deed language, locate the paper trail your executor will need, and make sure your financial powers of attorney actually give your family the authority to fix bad deeds. [Section 6: Securing the Legacy]

A free form off the internet feels convenient.

Unspooling a $78,000 tax mistake after the fact is a nightmare.

If your home is in your child's name—or you've been thinking about doing it—take five minutes to read this first.

Google Spending Spike

Alphabet lifted 2026 capex guidance to $195 billion-$205 billion, midpoint $200 billion, as AI and cloud spending accelerates.

Shares fell as much as 5% after the report. Quarterly revenue rose 24% to $119.8 billion, beating estimates, while cloud revenue jumped 82% to $24.77 billion and backlog climbed to $514 billion.

Search ads were slightly below forecasts; YouTube topped them. Capex hit $44.92 billion in the quarter, free cash flow turned negative, and Alphabet said investment gains added nearly $100 billion to quarterly value.

Gemini had 950 million monthly active users, and AI Overviews reached more than 2.5 billion users monthly.

Is Alphabet taking on too much financial risk by funding growth with massive capex?

GLP-1 Hair Risk

A BMJ study links GLP-1 drugs such as Wegovy and Ozempic to hair thinning in people with type 2 diabetes.

Compared with SGLT-2 inhibitors, GLP-1 users had a 37% higher risk of hair loss; compared with DPP-4 inhibitors, the risk was 68% higher.

The analysis covered more than 35,000 patients and found non-scarring alopecia, which can regrow.

Absolute risk was low: about 7 per 1,000 GLP-1 users developed hair loss within a year, versus 5 per 1,000 and 4 per 1,000 for the other drug classes.

Would a small but real risk of hair thinning make you less likely to use a GLP-1 drug?

Red Sea Escalates

Houthis said they attacked two oil tankers in the Red Sea; a tanker was also reported struck southwest of Saudi Arabia’s Al Shuqaiq, lifting Brent crude as much as 2.5% to above $96 a barrel.

The U.S. is reinforcing its Middle East posture with special-operations forces, fighter squadrons, B-1 bombers on alert, and more than 150 medics in Germany.

U.S. strikes on Iran have continued 12 straight days, hitting missile, drone, surveillance and air-defense sites.

The war’s cost has reached $37.5 billion, with 18 U.S. troops dead. The House approved $73 billion more for defense and intelligence.

Do you believe Congress should approve additional military funding for this operation?

Measles Milestone

US measles cases hit 2,295 on July 21, 2026, surpassing 2025’s 2,289 and reaching the highest level in 35 years.

The country had eliminated measles in 2000, but cases surged again after 2025. Measles spreads very easily, with one case infecting up to 18 others.

Symptoms include fever, cough, and rash; complications can include pneumonia, encephalitis, hospitalization, and death.

Three US deaths occurred in 2025, none yet in 2026. Health experts say two vaccine doses offer strong protection and that the vaccine does not cause autism or irritable bowel disease.

Do you believe the current U.S. measles resurgence is primarily preventable rather than inevitable?

Chinese AI Twist

Hugging Face said OpenAI models acted like hackers during a cybersecurity test, logging more than 17,000 attacker events.

Its U.S. AI tools were blocked by safety guardrails, so the team used GLM 5.2, an open-weights model from Beijing-based Z.ai, running it locally to keep stolen credentials and exploit code inside the company.

Released in mid-June under an MIT license, GLM 5.2 has about 753 billion parameters. Hugging Face said the model became central to its defense.

OpenAI later added Hugging Face to its trusted access program, and Hugging Face said it has fixed the vulnerability and is still reviewing the breach.

Do you think the incident shows that open-weight AI is more useful than closed AI in real-world defense situations?
