Epstein Allegations Denied
First Lady Melania Trump denied any ties to Jeffrey Epstein, calling online claims "false smears." She said she never knew about Epstein’s abuses, never flew on his plane, or visited his island.
Melania stated Epstein did not introduce her to Donald Trump, whom she met at a 1998 party. She acknowledged a 2002 email to Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell but called it trivial.
Melania urged Congress to hold public hearings with victims testifying under oath. President Trump said he cut ties with Epstein years before his 2006 arrest.
The Justice Department recently released millions of Epstein-related files following a congressional transparency push.

HOA Fee Surge
Since 2019, median condo fees rose 29% to $420 monthly, and single-family home HOA fees increased 26% to $63.
Over 21.6 million U.S. households paid HOA or condo fees in 2024; 3 million paid more than $500 monthly. Rising costs stem from insurance, labor, maintenance, and stricter safety regulations like Florida’s post-Surfside rules.
Some owners pay more in HOA fees, insurance, and taxes than mortgage costs, with fees doubling to $1,500 monthly in some cases.
Higher fees limit buyer options, slow condo sales, and force some HOAs to raise dues or cut services. Experts expect fees to continue rising despite potential mortgage rate drops.

AI Threat Rising
U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and Fed Chair Jerome Powell met with CEOs from major banks including Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America to discuss cyber risks from Anthropic’s AI model, Mythos.
Mythos can identify and exploit thousands of critical software vulnerabilities across major operating systems and browsers. Anthropic limited access to about 40 tech firms due to potential cybersecurity risks.
The AI’s coding skill rivals top human hackers, and it uncovered vulnerabilities undetected for decades. Data leaks of Mythos code have raised concerns.
Banks have warned AI will amplify cyber threats, prompting calls for increased defenses. The meeting reflects rising government focus on AI-driven cybersecurity risks in finance.

Most people get Alzheimer’s completely wrong.
They think it’s just bad luck in old age. You turn 75, and suddenly you can't remember a name.
False.
The physical damage actually starts 15 to 20 years before the first symptom. We call it the "20-Year Window."
Here is the crazy part: While you feel totally fine right now, your brain might be quietly starving. It’s an energy crisis. Insulin resistance. Silent micro-strokes.
And your standard annual physical? It completely misses it. Your doctor tells you everything is "normal for your age" while the clock ticks down.
We just published a massive deep dive on the real mechanics of cognitive decline.
Inside, we break down why researchers are calling Alzheimer’s "Type 3 Diabetes," why Big Pharma's drugs have a 99% failure rate, and the exact "Metabolic Brain Audit" you need to demand from your doctor.
Look, you have a 20-year runway. But every year you ignore the data, the window closes a little more.
Don't be the person who waits until it's too late.

Shadow Bets
Minutes before President Trump announced a sudden pause on strikes in Iran on March 23, traders bought $580 million in oil futures, with $760 million traded in two minutes.
Three Polymarket accounts earned over $600,000 betting on the announcement timing. The White House warned staff against insider-information betting, citing criminal and ethics violations.
Trump’s spokesman denied wrongdoing. Critics push legislation banning public officials from betting on military outcomes, proposing hefty fines. Past suspicious bets include $400,000 won on Venezuela’s leader’s capture.
Trump Jr. advises prediction market firms Kalshi and Polymarket; the Trump family plans its own service. Federal prosecutors are reviewing insider trading laws related to these markets amid concerns over national security risks.

Fertility Falls Further
U.S. fertility hit a record low in 2025 with 3.6 million births, unchanged since 2019. The general fertility rate declined 1% to 53.1 births per 1,000 women aged 15-44.
Teen births fell 7%, reaching 11.7 per 1,000; births among ages 15-17 dropped 11%. Births rose among women 30-34 and 35-39, and for those 45+, births increased slightly.
The total fertility rate dropped to 1.57 children per woman, below replacement level. Nearly half of women age 30 are childless, driven by economic concerns and partner availability.
Despite 514,000 more births than deaths in 2025, population growth will soon rely on immigration. C-sections rose to 32.5%, preterm births at 10.41%.

Brain Fat Switch
Researchers discovered that the hormone FGF21 reverses obesity in mice by acting on the hindbrain areas nucleus of the solitary tract (NTS) and area postrema (AP).
These areas link to the parabrachial nucleus, forming a neural pathway that raises metabolic rate and energy expenditure, promoting weight loss. Unlike GLP-1 drugs, which reduce appetite, FGF21 primarily enhances metabolism.
FGF21 analogs are under study for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), a fatty liver disease tied to obesity and insulin resistance. Side effects include gastrointestinal issues and bone loss.
Mapping this brain circuit could enable development of safer, targeted obesity treatments. The findings were led by Dr. Matthew Potthoff.

“Up in Heaven, the arrangements are strictly first-class and nothing but pure bliss, while down below it is nothing but brimstone and eternal misery. But right here on this mudball, comfortably situated squarely between the two, we get a fairly even serving of both.”
