Someone just sold $132 million of stock. Not some random hedge fund. We’re talking about the CEO and a top director at a prominent data analytics firm.

This wasn’t a scheduled sale, either. This was a direct, discretionary move. They just ran for the exits, big time.

Then you have the top brass at a $1.7 trillion e-commerce and cloud giant. They also just offloaded $13.3 million. Again, discretionary sales.

When the people who know a company best suddenly de-risk, you need to pay attention. You can either follow their lead or become their exit liquidity.

I’m also seeing where the real money is flowing into. A strategic defense tech startup just got a huge private placement. And a massive lobbying surge from a Cupertino-based tech behemoth.

This isn’t insider trading tips. This is seeing the moves before they make headlines. This is intelligence.

Hillary Testifies

Hillary Clinton testified over six hours before a House Oversight Committee investigating Jeffrey Epstein, denying knowledge of Epstein’s crimes and urging subpoena of President Trump.

Bill Clinton is set to testify Friday; he admitted flying on Epstein’s jet but denied visiting Epstein’s island or knowing of criminal acts. The probe examines Epstein’s network, finances, and prosecutorial decisions, including his 2008 nonprosecution deal.

Epstein died in jail in 2019; associate Ghislaine Maxwell is serving 20 years for recruiting underage girls. Epstein donated to the Clintons’ campaigns; Maxwell attended Chelsea Clinton’s wedding.

The inquiry remains bipartisan; no wrongdoing has been proven.

Do you believe Hillary Clinton’s claim that she had no knowledge of Epstein’s crimes?

Paramount Buys Warner

Paramount Skydance won a $111 billion bid for Warner Bros. after Netflix withdrew. Netflix initially agreed to buy Warner Bros. for $82.7 billion but declined to match Paramount’s latest offer of $31 per share plus incentives.

Paramount’s bid includes Warner Bros.’ cable networks like CNN and Food Network, which Netflix did not want.

The deal entails a $7 billion termination fee if blocked, a $2.8 billion payment to Warner Bros. for canceling Netflix’s deal, and $40 billion in equity guarantees from Oracle chairman Larry Ellison.

Paramount aims for $6 billion in cost synergies. The acquisition faces regulatory review over media consolidation concerns. Netflix will continue investing $20 billion in content.

Anthropic Refuses Pentagon Demand

Anthropic refuses the Pentagon’s demands to remove safeguards on its AI, Claude, preventing use in mass domestic surveillance and fully autonomous weapons, citing ethical concerns and AI unreliability.

The Pentagon threatens to label Anthropic a "supply chain risk" by Friday, potentially blocking government contracts, and may invoke the Defense Production Act to enforce compliance.

Anthropic offered research collaboration to improve military AI; the Pentagon declined. Claude is one of the few AI systems authorized for classified government use. The Pentagon denies interest in autonomous weapons without human oversight.

Considering Anthropic’s refusal of military demands, who do you trust more to manage AI ethics in defense?

The Great American Emigration

In 2025, the U.S. experienced a net loss of 150,000 people due to record emigration, reversing longstanding immigration trends.

Immigration fell from nearly 6 million in 2023 to 2.6-2.7 million. At least 180,000 Americans moved abroad, mainly to Europe, with Portugal’s American residents growing 500% since the pandemic.

Factors driving relocation include affordable living, safety, quality healthcare, and education. Women aged 15-44 are the fastest-growing emigrant group. Citizenship renunciations rose sharply, with thousands acquiring British and Irish passports.

Social media and relocation firms report surging demand. More than 50,000 U.S.-born Mexican-Americans moved to Mexico for work.

Would you consider permanently relocating outside the U.S. if given the opportunity?

Colorectal Cancer Signature

Researchers analyzed whole genome sequencing data from 11,735 tumor samples across 22 cancer types, identifying unique microbial patterns within cancer DNA.

Colorectal cancer exhibits a distinct microbial signature that differentiates it from other cancers. Microbial DNA analysis may improve diagnosis, such as identifying primary sites of metastatic tumors.

HPV was detected in oral cancers, affecting treatment decisions, while HTLV-1, a rarely diagnosed virus, was found in some cancers. In sarcoma, certain bacteria correlated with survival outcomes, suggesting microbial profiles could predict patient responses.

Incorporating microbial data from existing cancer genome tests could enhance diagnosis and prognosis without extra costs, expanding the clinical utility of whole genome sequencing.

OTC Medicines Risks

Common OTC medicines pose risks if misused. Codeine-based painkillers can cause drowsiness, dependence, and dangerous respiratory effects, especially in people with certain genetic traits; usage is limited to 3 days in the UK.

Nasal decongestant sprays may cause rebound congestion, nose damage, and dependence if used beyond 3–5 days; pseudoephedrine is regulated due to stimulant effects and methamphetamine production.

Sedating antihistamines like promethazine can cause tolerance, severe insomnia, and have links to rising overdose deaths. Dextromethorphan-containing cough syrups are safe at recommended doses but abused for dissociative effects.

Stimulant laxatives, often misused in eating disorders, risk dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, and organ damage. Online purchases and lack of guidance increase misuse despite regulatory limits.

If you discovered that a common OTC medicine could cause serious long-term harm if misused, would you stop using it immediately
