Oil Spoils?
President Trump proposed seizing Iranian oil, referencing a recent US operation in Venezuela where forces took control of hundreds of millions of barrels after ending the conflict swiftly.
He believes controlling Iran’s oil could strengthen US energy dominance and provide trade leverage against China but acknowledged political risks and uncertain public support.
Iran rejected a proposed 45 day ceasefire and calls for human chains around power plants.
Meanwhile, South Korea and Japan seek alternative energy amid disruptions, and the UN Security Council is considering measures to protect vital shipping lanes.

Moon Record Broken
NASA’s Artemis II mission broke the spaceflight distance record, traveling 252,756 miles from Earth, surpassing Apollo 13’s 1970 record by 4,101 miles.
The four-person crew—three Americans and one Canadian—spending nearly 10 days in space, flying as close as 4,067 miles from the Moon’s surface and orbiting its far side for seven hours.
They will use a free-return trajectory, capturing over 30 photos of lunar features including the Orientale Basin, and observed a total solar eclipse plus several planets.
The mission faced minor issues: a strange onboard odor and a partially blocked toilet vent line. Artemis II prepares for Artemis III, targeting a 2028 lunar landing near the Moon’s south pole.

AI Model Clash
OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google formed the Frontier Model Forum with Microsoft to stop Chinese firms from unauthorized "distillation" of U.S. AI models, which extracts outputs to cheaply replicate advanced AI, costing Silicon Valley billions.
Chinese startups DeepSeek, Moonshot, and MiniMax used over 24,000 fake accounts for 16 million interactions to steal key AI capabilities like Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
This collaboration raises antitrust concerns but continues due to national security risks, as stolen AI could enable cyberattacks or disinformation. The U.S. is considering tighter export controls on AI chips.
Since early 2025, investigations revealed possible unauthorized data copying; OpenAI warned Congress in 2026. Legal clarity on data sharing remains a hurdle.

Most people get Alzheimer’s completely wrong.
They think it’s just bad luck in old age. You turn 75, and suddenly you can't remember a name.
False.
The physical damage actually starts 15 to 20 years before the first symptom. We call it the "20-Year Window."
Here is the crazy part: While you feel totally fine right now, your brain might be quietly starving. It’s an energy crisis. Insulin resistance. Silent micro-strokes.
And your standard annual physical? It completely misses it. Your doctor tells you everything is "normal for your age" while the clock ticks down.
We just published a massive deep dive on the real mechanics of cognitive decline.
Inside, we break down why researchers are calling Alzheimer’s "Type 3 Diabetes," why Big Pharma's drugs have a 99% failure rate, and the exact "Metabolic Brain Audit" you need to demand from your doctor.
Look, you have a 20-year runway. But every year you ignore the data, the window closes a little more.
Don't be the person who waits until it's too late.
Read the full breakdown here.
Inflation Spike Hits Services
In March 2026, the US service sector grew slower as the ISM index fell 2.1 points to 54, driven by weaker employment and business activity.
The ISM prices index surged 7.7 points to 70.7, the largest monthly increase in 13 years, fueled by a 50% rise in global oil prices after the Iran war closed the Strait of Hormuz.
Service employment dropped sharply, with the ISM employment gauge falling 6.6 points to 45.2. Business activity declined 6 points to 53.9, while supplier delivery times lengthened.
Despite pressures, new orders hit a two-year high at 60.6. Rising energy and supply chain costs are squeezing the sector and slowing job growth.

Healing Gel
Researchers developed a moldable gel that delivers oxygen directly into chronic wounds for up to 30 days using a battery-powered water-splitting mechanism.
Tested on diabetic and elderly mice, weekly treatments healed wounds in about 23 days, improving survival rates. The gel contains choline, reducing inflammation and supporting immune balance.
Unlike traditional surface treatments, this gel targets deep tissue hypoxia, the main cause of chronic wound nonhealing. Chronic wounds affect 12 million globally, with 4.5 million in the U.S. and a 20% amputation rate.
The gel’s approach could reduce amputations, speed healing, and aid organ regeneration by addressing oxygen deprivation in damaged tissues.

Tumor Fuel Source
Researchers found cancer tumors use glutathione, an antioxidant, as an energy source by breaking it down.
High glutathione levels were observed in breast tumors, and blocking its use slowed tumor growth in preclinical models. Many tumor types appear to consume glutathione.
The body naturally produces glutathione, which is also available as a supplement, raising concerns about supplement use in cancer patients. A decade-old drug may block tumors from processing glutathione; researchers are improving this drug and identifying related proteins to combine with other treatments.
Antioxidant-rich foods remain beneficial, but some antioxidants like glutathione could fuel cancer cells if tumors exist. This insight offers new cancer therapy targets.
