Dystopian Report Shakes Wall Street
Citrini Research’s report forecasts a 10.2% U.S. unemployment rate by 2028 due to AI-driven white-collar job losses, a 38% S&P 500 crash, and inflated “ghost GDP” without real consumer spending growth.
The $13 trillion mortgage market faces risks from income loss, and private credit may default as AI cuts enterprise software demand. After the report, Dow dropped 1.7%, S&P 500 fell 1%, Nasdaq lost 1.1%, with tech stocks plunging—IBM down 13%.
Trump raised tariffs to 15%, intensifying trade concerns. Investors moved to safer assets, pushing Treasury yields down and gold up 2.9%.
Experts warn the report is a scenario; some see job displacement offset by new roles and human-AI collaboration.

Here is a crazy stat that nobody is talking about right now: a stroke kills 6.6 million people every single year, making it the second leading cause of death worldwide.
But death isn't even the scariest part. A stroke is the ultimate hostile takeover of the self. It instantly liquidates your most valuable, non-negotiable asset: your personal autonomy.
Right now, our modern medical systems are built to react only after the disaster has already started. By the time you reach the emergency room, your brain is losing two million neurons every minute your blood flow is blocked. That is a losing game.
Here is the massive blind spot, though: up to 80% of all strokes are entirely preventable. You just need the right playbook.
We just dropped The Stroke Prevention Protocol. This isn't a generic list of health tips. It is an evidence-based Vascular Defense Plan. We break down the "Big Five" risks and the targeted countermeasures to bulletproof your brain.
Pentagon Flags Iran Risks
Senior U.S. military officials warned President Trump that renewed strikes on Iran risk thousands of U.S. casualties, depletion of missile defenses, and strained military readiness.
Current U.S. air defense systems can only counter Iranian missile volleys for about two weeks. The U.S. has deployed additional missile systems to Gulf allies and 13 guided-missile destroyers in the region.
Two aircraft carrier strike groups, including the USS Gerald R. Ford, operate in the area, facing crew fatigue and operational strain. Officials caution Iran’s missile and proxy networks could escalate conflict quickly.
Amid rising tensions, diplomatic nuclear talks continue in Geneva, while Trump balances military options with ongoing negotiations.

Epstein Fallout Deepens
Peter Mandelson, former UK ambassador and Labour minister, was arrested for misconduct during 2009-2010 after emails revealed he shared confidential government asset sale and eurozone bailout details with Jeffrey Epstein.
Documents show Epstein wired Mandelson $75,000 in 2003-2004; Mandelson’s partner sought Epstein’s help to cover course fees in 2009.
Mandelson denies wrongdoing, but Prime Minister Keir Starmer faced criticism for appointing him ambassador in 2024, claiming Mandelson lied during vetting. Mandelson’s arrest follows former Prince Andrew’s detention on similar charges.
Separately, Dr. Peter Attia resigned from CBS after extensive Epstein file mentions; he denies misconduct. The scandal exposes a network of powerful figures linked to Epstein, with ongoing investigations and document releases.

New Tariff Strategies
The Supreme Court invalidated many of Trump’s second-term tariffs under the 1977 IEEPA law. In response, Trump introduced a new 15% global tariff under Section 122 of the Trade Act, effective for 150 days.
Additional tariff investigations under Section 232 target industries like batteries, steel, chemicals, and telecom equipment. Section 301 probes focus on unfair trade practices involving forced labor, pharma pricing, and digital taxes.
The EU, UK, and others have paused trade talks amid uncertainty. Trump warned countries against reneging on trade commitments. The S&P 500 dropped about 1%, while Senate Democrats oppose extending tariffs beyond 150 days.
The administration seeks to maintain trade pressure through evolving legal strategies.

Cure Type 1 Diabetes
Stanford scientists cured Type 1 diabetes in mice by transplanting blood stem cells and insulin-producing islet cells from unrelated donors, retraining the immune system to stop attacking insulin cells.
All 19 mice pre-treated avoided diabetes, and 9 with existing diabetes were cured without insulin or immune suppression for six months. The method creates a hybrid immune system preventing graft-versus-host disease.
A mild pre-transplant conditioning used antibodies, low-dose radiation, and an autoimmune drug. Challenges include donor islet availability and matching.
Researchers aim to produce islets from pluripotent stem cells and improve cell survival. The approach may also apply to other autoimmune diseases and organ transplants.

Microplastic Prostate Cancer Tumors
A study analyzing tissue from prostate cancer patients found microplastics in 90% of tumor samples and 70% of nearby noncancerous tissue.
Tumors contained 2.5 times more microplastics, averaging 40 micrograms per gram versus 16 in healthy tissue. Microplastics originate from everyday products and enter the body via ingestion, inhalation, or skin contact.
Researchers used nonplastic tools and clean rooms to avoid contamination. They hypothesize microplastics may cause inflammation that damages cells, potentially leading to cancer. Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 U.S. men.
Funded by the Department of Defense, the study will be presented at a 2026 oncology symposium; further research is needed to confirm links.
