Judge Tosses Cases Against Comey and Letitia James
A federal judge dismissed criminal charges against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James, ruling that interim U.S. attorney Lindsey Halligan’s appointment violated federal law and the Constitution’s Appointments Clause.
Halligan, a Trump-appointed lawyer with no prosecutorial experience, had indicted Comey for false statements and obstruction of justice, and James for bank fraud related to a mortgage. The judge dismissed the cases without prejudice, allowing possible refiling, though Comey’s lawyer cited expired statutes of limitations.
The Justice Department and White House plan to appeal. Comey and James called the prosecutions politically motivated. The ruling is a setback for the Trump administration’s legal actions against political opponents.

Israel Strikes Hezbollah’s Last Top Military Commander
Israel killed Hezbollah Chief of Staff Haytham Ali Tabatabai and four operatives in an airstrike in Beirut’s Dahieh suburb on November 23, 2025. Tabatabai, 57, led Hezbollah’s military rebuilding after the 2023–2024 war, organizing fighters into resilient cells and supporting operations in Syria and Yemen.
The strike was part of Israel's "Black Friday" operation, during which over 1,500 targets in Lebanon have been hit since the 2024 cease-fire. Tabatabai was designated a terrorist by the U.S. in 2016 with a $5 million bounty.
Hezbollah, Hamas, and Iran condemned the strike. Israel warned it may resume fighting if Hezbollah and Lebanon’s government breach cease-fire terms.

Most investors are busy reading earnings reports from last quarter.
But the guys running the companies are making moves right now.
This week, our algorithms caught two massive signals that paint a confusing picture for the market.
First, the CTO of a major semiconductor giant (you know the name) didn’t just sell a few shares to pay for a renovation. He dumped $4.1 million in stock.
Is he just cashing out? Or does he know the top is in?
Then we looked at the auto industry.
While everyone thinks the sector is dead, one top executive quietly increased his personal stake by 7.3% overnight.
He isn’t selling. He’s doubling down.
One is running for the exit. The other is digging in.
If you hold tech or auto stocks, you are flying blind without this data.
We tracked every name, every dollar, and every trade from this week in our latest report.
Stop guessing. See what the insiders are doing with their own money.
Pentagon Investigates Senator Mark Kelly
Senator Mark Kelly faces a Pentagon investigation for appearing in a video urging troops to refuse illegal orders. As a retired Navy captain, Kelly is subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice, with potential consequences including recall to active duty and court-martial.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth called the video reckless, while President Trump labeled the lawmakers “traitors” and threatened arrest and trial. Legal experts note prosecuting a sitting senator poses constitutional challenges. Kelly described the inquiry as intimidation and reaffirmed his constitutional oath.
The probe highlights tensions between the executive branch and Congress and raises questions about military justice, free speech, and separation of powers.

US-EU Trade Standoff
The US demands the EU ease enforcement of the Digital Market Act and Digital Services Act before cutting 50% tariffs on EU steel and aluminum. The US imposed these tariffs in June 2025, also targeting 407 derivative products, with more possible.
The EU defends its tech rules as fair and non-discriminatory. A July 2025 trade deal lowered many tariffs to 15%, but steel and aluminum tariffs remain at 50%, blocking progress. US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick links tariff relief to balanced EU tech rules, citing potential $1 trillion investment gains.
Tensions rise as the US threatens tariffs on trucks, minerals, planes, and wind turbines amid ongoing US-EU trade talks in Brussels.

BPA-Free Risks?
Researchers tested BPA substitutes TGSA, D-8, PF-201, and bisphenol S (BPS), used in food packaging stickers, on lab-grown human ovarian cells. TGSA and D-8 exposure caused fat accumulation and altered genes related to cell growth and DNA repair, indicating potential toxicity.
BPA, banned in some products for hormonal and fertility risks, is replaced by many unregulated bisphenol variants. Health Canada added these four chemicals for further study. Experts recommend removing plastic wrap and labels from fresh foods and selecting items from top display layers to reduce chemical exposure.
The findings question the safety of “BPA-free” labels and call for stricter testing of packaging chemicals before approval.

Brain Supplement Tyrosine Linked to Shorter Lifespan in Men
A study of over 270,000 UK Biobank participants found that higher blood tyrosine levels are linked to nearly one year shorter lifespan in men but not women. Tyrosine, present in protein-rich foods and supplements, independently affects aging, unlike phenylalanine.
Men have higher tyrosine levels, possibly contributing to gender lifespan differences. Researchers suggest tyrosine influences insulin resistance and stress hormone pathways, which vary between sexes. The findings raise concerns about long-term tyrosine supplement use in men.
Experts recommend men with high tyrosine consider dietary protein adjustments. Further research is needed to confirm these results and develop guidelines to safely lower tyrosine levels.
