Trump Epstein File Reversal

President Trump urged House Republicans to release Justice Department files on Jeffrey Epstein, reversing his earlier stance. Epstein died in 2019 awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. Recent document releases linked Trump to Epstein but showed no wrongdoing.

House Republicans published 20,000 additional documents, while the bipartisan Epstein Files Transparency Act seeks full disclosure. Around 100 Republicans may support the bill, likely passing the House but facing Senate uncertainty. Trump’s call for transparency follows internal GOP tensions, including conflict with Marjorie Taylor Greene.

The Justice Department continues probing Epstein’s connections to Democrats like Bill Clinton. Survivors and activists demand accountability, with House Speaker Mike Johnson saying a vote could address allegations involving Trump.

Trump’s $337 Million Bond Buying Spree

Since late August 2025, President Trump purchased over $337 million in corporate and municipal bonds, with 175+ transactions by October 2. At least $82 million went to firms impacted by his policies, including Netflix, Intel, JPMorgan, Boeing, and Meta.

His bond holdings cover sectors like technology, retail, healthcare, and finance, some benefiting from deregulation. Notably, Trump bought Intel bonds after the government acquired a stake and also acquired JPMorgan bonds despite later calling for a Justice investigation into the bank’s Epstein ties.

His financial disclosures show over $100 million in bonds since January 2025, with total assets of $1.6 billion and 2024 income exceeding $600 million from various businesses. An outside firm manages the portfolio.

What if you knew what the most powerful insiders in the country were really doing with their own money?

Not what they say on TV, but what they're actually buying and selling.

This week, we tracked 20 trades from 6 members of Congress.

A Vice-Chair on the House Financial Services committee just made ten separate trades. A Senator's spouse dumped up to $250,000 of Goldman Sachs. Another member, sitting on the Energy & Commerce Committee, just sold a major consumer brand and moved into T-Bills.

These aren't random guesses. They're signals.

While most people trade on public headlines, a very small group trades on better information. This is your chance to see what they see. We've analyzed every move.

If you're making financial decisions without this intelligence, you're trading at a disadvantage.

Zero-Day Options Shape Markets

In 2025, zero-day to expiry options constitute 60% of S&P 500 options volume, with daily selling of short-term contracts, especially short iron condors, causing market makers to hedge by selling shares, limiting stock rallies during the day.

On October 24, dealer gamma exposure reached $90 billion, with a 0.1% price move triggering $10 billion in flows, weighing on gains near close.

Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund reduced US stock holdings by 18% to $19.4 billion in Q3 2025, selling stakes in nine companies to focus on domestic investments aligned with Vision 2030, planning $70 billion in local investments after 2025. These trends will influence markets into 2026.

Do you believe zero-day option selling is a healthy part of market dynamics or a destabilizing influence?

Did you know we also write in-depth deep dives? They are long, packed with insights, and have received rave reviews. If you’re up for a detailed, action-packed read, check them out:

Opposition to Palestinian State

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu reaffirmed opposition to a Palestinian state despite a US-backed UN draft resolution supporting Palestinian self-determination under Trump’s Gaza peace plan.

The plan envisions a transitional "Board of Peace" for Gaza’s reconstruction after a two-year conflict that killed over 69,000 in Gaza and 1,200 Israelis. Far-right ministers Itamar Ben-Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich pressured Netanyahu to reject Palestinian statehood, threatening to leave the coalition.

Netanyahu pledged Gaza’s demilitarization and opposed outside affirmations. Western nations like France recognize a Palestinian state; Netanyahu has not responded diplomatically. The fragile coalition risks collapse before the October 2026 election amid ongoing far-right demands and internal tensions.

Do you believe that Israel should maintain its current opposition to a Palestinian state at this time?

Cellular Defect Linked to Alzheimer's

Researchers discovered a mutation in the SORL1 gene reduces production of exosomes—tiny particles crucial for brain cell communication—in Alzheimer’s patients. Cells with faulty SORLA protein produce 30% fewer exosomes, which are also up to 50% less effective at supporting neighboring cell growth.

This defect is linked to increased Alzheimer’s risk by impairing brain immune cell function. The findings suggest potential therapies to enhance SORLA protein activity or stimulate exosome production.

About 55,000 people in Denmark have Alzheimer’s, which currently lacks effective treatments. This discovery opens avenues for targeted interventions addressing cellular mechanisms underlying the disease.

Do you think that focusing on single-gene mutations (like SORL1) oversimplifies the complexity of Alzheimer’s?

Serotonin’s Unexpected Role in Cancer

About 95% of serotonin is produced in the gut, influencing organs like the liver, pancreas, and immune cells. Serotonin regulates blood sugar, body temperature, bone health, appetite, wound healing, and immunity.

Recent research shows serotonin can bind directly to DNA, activating genes that promote cancers in the brain, liver, and pancreas. Scientists are exploring epigenetic therapies targeting serotonin’s gene effects to control cancer more precisely than current treatments.

Potential approaches include diet, gut microbiome modulation, and SSRIs that block serotonin entry into cancer cells, potentially reducing tumor growth despite raising overall serotonin levels. Brain serotonin acts separately, and SSRIs for depression do not increase cancer risk. Further studies and clinical trials are needed.

If diet or gut microbiome changes could reduce serotonin’s cancer-promoting effects, would you be willing to significantly modify your lifestyle?
